A separate Client Privacy and Confidentiality Agreement is provided if you are considering proceeding with a Chair of Change engagement following a Discovery Session.

Information collected through this website
If you contact Chair of Change by email, we may collect your name, email address and any other information you choose to include in your enquiry.
The website and its service providers may also collect limited technical information, such as your IP address, browser or device information, pages visited, security information and your cookie preferences.
Please avoid including highly sensitive or detailed personal information in an initial email enquiry. Information shared during a Discovery Session or later client work is covered separately by the Client Privacy and Confidentiality Agreement.
Why we use this information
We use enquiry information to respond to you, consider your request and take steps at your request before any engagement begins. The lawful basis is taking steps before entering into a contract.
We may use limited records to administer and protect the business and website, maintain security, prevent misuse and establish or defend legal rights. The lawful basis is our legitimate interests in operating Chair of Change responsibly and securely, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
We may also process information where necessary to comply with a legal obligation.
Who may receive information
We do not sell personal information.
Information may be processed by service providers used to operate Chair of Change and the website. These currently include Wix for website hosting and related services, Usercentrics for cookie-consent management, Microsoft Outlook for email, WhatsApp Business where you choose to communicate through it, and Xero for payment and accounting records where relevant.
Information may also be disclosed where you have authorised it, where disclosure is required by law, or where it is necessary and lawful to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.
International processing
Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where UK data-protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we take reasonable steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place.
Cookies and similar technologies
This website uses cookies and similar technologies for essential operation, security, consent management and, where enabled, analytics or other optional purposes.
Usercentrics provides the cookie-consent banner. Non-essential technologies should not be used until you make the relevant choice. You can accept, reject or adjust your preferences through the banner and revisit them using the privacy-settings control.
The first live scan, completed on 30 August 2026, identified Wix CMS and Usercentrics for Wix, both categorised as essential. Detected technologies will be reviewed periodically and this notice updated where necessary.
How long information is kept
Enquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond and manage the enquiry. Unsuccessful or non-progressing enquiries are retained for a short administrative period and then deleted unless there is a specific lawful reason to retain them.
If an enquiry leads to a client engagement, relevant information may become part of the client record and will be retained in accordance with the Client Privacy and Confidentiality Agreement. Technical, security and consent records are retained in accordance with the applicable service provider’s settings and legitimate operational requirements.
Your data-protection rights
Depending on the circumstances and the lawful basis being used, you may have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. These rights are not absolute in every circumstance, and legal exemptions or competing obligations may apply.

Security
ESP Asset Management Ltd and Chair of Change take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. You should also consider the privacy and security of your own email or messaging account when contacting Chair of Change.
